Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 August 2026
These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Silnta. By creating an account, accessing our courses, or using our crypto buy and sell service, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.
1. Who we are
Silnta is a Namibian financial education and digital asset services provider operating from Windhoek. We provide trading education, mentorship programmes, market tools, and a non-custodial service that helps clients buy and sell digital assets.
Silnta is not a bank, is not a licensed investment adviser, and does not manage money or trade on your behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence.
You confirm that the funds you use are lawfully yours and are not the proceeds of any crime, and that you are not subject to any sanctions list.
3. Your account
You register with an email address or mobile number and a password, or through a supported single sign-on provider. You must verify your contact details before the account is activated.
You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure, and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
One person may hold one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.
4. Identity verification (KYC)
Before you may buy or sell digital assets you must complete identity verification, which includes your full legal name, a government-issued identity document, and a short liveness video.
We may request additional information, delay or refuse a transaction, or close an account where verification is incomplete or where we suspect fraud or unlawful activity.
5. Education, mentorship and payments
Course content, mentorship sessions and market tools are provided for educational purposes only. They are general in nature and are not personal financial advice.
Paid programmes are billed at the price shown at checkout. Mentorship places are reserved once payment is confirmed. Session schedules may be adjusted with reasonable notice.
Refunds are considered only where a programme has not yet started, or where Silnta cancels it. Once a programme has begun, fees are non-refundable.
6. Buying and selling digital assets
Quotes are based on the live market price at the time of the quote plus or minus the Silnta margin shown on screen. A quote is valid only for the period displayed, after which it must be refreshed.
You are solely responsible for the wallet address and network you provide. Digital asset transfers are irreversible; funds sent to a wrong address or on the wrong network cannot be recovered by Silnta.
Orders are settled once we have confirmed receipt of your payment or your on-chain transfer. Settlement times may vary with bank and network conditions.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Silnta for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, or any unlawful purpose; nor to resell, record or redistribute our course material without written permission.
You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Namibian law, Silnta is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or reliance on educational content.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia, and the courts of Namibia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
