Risk Disclosure

Last updated: 28 August 2026

Trading currencies and digital assets carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Read this disclosure carefully before you trade, and never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

1. You can lose money

Prices move against traders as often as they move for them. A significant proportion of retail traders lose money. Past performance, demo results, and examples used in our courses do not predict future results.

2. Leverage magnifies both sides

Leverage offered by brokers allows you to control a position far larger than your deposit. A small adverse move can wipe out your account balance, and in some conditions can result in losses beyond your deposit.

3. Digital asset volatility

Crypto assets can move sharply within minutes, trade around the clock, and may become illiquid. The value of an asset you buy through Silnta may fall substantially soon after purchase.

4. Irreversible transfers and network risk

Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. If you supply the wrong wallet address or select the wrong network, your funds may be permanently lost and Silnta cannot recover them.

Network congestion, chain outages and third-party wallet or exchange failures can delay or prevent settlement.

5. Pricing and margin

Silnta quotes are derived from a live market reference price with the Silnta margin shown on screen applied. Our quote will therefore differ from the mid-market price you see elsewhere, and it expires after the displayed window.

6. Education is not financial advice

Our courses, mentorship, market commentary and economic-calendar material are general education. They do not consider your personal financial position, objectives or needs, and are not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Consider getting independent, licensed advice before committing capital.

7. No guaranteed returns

Silnta never guarantees profit, income or a fixed return, and does not manage funds on your behalf. Treat any person promising guaranteed returns — including anyone claiming to represent Silnta — as a scam and report it to us.

8. Regulatory and tax considerations

Rules for digital assets in Namibia and elsewhere continue to change and may affect access, costs or settlement. You are responsible for your own tax reporting.

9. Your acknowledgement

By opening a Silnta account you confirm that you have read and understood this disclosure, that you accept the risks described, and that you are trading with money you can afford to lose.
