1. Information we collect

Account details: your name, email address, mobile number, password (stored only as a secure hash) or the identifier from your single sign-on provider.

Verification details: your government-issued identity document, date of birth, and a short liveness video, collected only where you use the buy and sell service.

Transaction details: order amounts, assets, networks, wallet addresses, payout details and proof-of-payment uploads.

Usage details: pages viewed, device and browser information, and support or chat messages you send us.

2. Why we use it

To create and secure your account, verify your identity, process orders, deliver courses and mentorship, respond to enquiries, and improve the platform.

To meet our legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering, record-keeping and sanctions-screening requirements.

3. Legal basis and consent

We process your information to perform our contract with you, to comply with the law, and where you have given consent — for example when you opt in to marketing messages. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — cloud hosting, identity verification, payment and messaging providers — under confidentiality obligations, and with regulators or law enforcement where legally required.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Identity documents and proof-of-payment files are kept in private storage that only authorised Silnta staff can open, and access is logged.

We keep verification and transaction records for at least five years as required by financial record-keeping rules, and delete other data when it is no longer needed.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask for deletion where we are not legally required to retain it, or object to marketing.

Send requests through the contact page; we respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity first.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the platform, and basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the platform may stop working.

8. Children

Silnta is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
