Wallets, Keys and Seed Phrases
1 minA wallet does not really hold coins. It holds the keys that prove the coins are yours. When you set one up it shows you a list of twelve or twenty-four words, called a seed phrase. Those words can rebuild the entire wallet on any device in the world.
Treat the seed phrase as the money itself. Write it on paper, store it somewhere only you can reach, and never type it into a website, a chat, a photo or a cloud note. Every support agent who asks for it is a thief, without exception.
